Nature of Service
UDTS® Robo Trade provides stock screening tools, analytical systems, market intelligence, and research infrastructure.
The platform does not provide:
- Investment advice.
- Stock tips.
- Buy/sell recommendations.
- Trading signals.
- Target prices.
- Stop-loss recommendations.
Subscription Fee Clause
Subscription fees are charged solely for access to analytical tools, stock screening systems, market data organization, and research infrastructure.
Subscription fees are not charged for any assurance of returns, stock tips, investment advice, or profit generation.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
- Investment decisions.
- Trading decisions.
- Risk management.
- Portfolio management.
- Determining their own stop-losses and targets.
Limitation of Liability
Algoscreeners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading-related losses arising from use of the platform.
Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
