Refund & Cancellation Policy
All subscription purchases are voluntary and made after reviewing service features and disclosures.
Due to the digital nature of services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment.
- Technical errors resulting in multiple charges.
- Regulatory requirements.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through email.
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7–15 business days.
The decision of Algoscreeners regarding refunds shall be final, subject to applicable laws.
