Grievance Redressal Mechanism

All complaints shall be acknowledged within a reasonable period and efforts shall be made to resolve grievances within 30 days from receipt.

Escalation Process

If a complainant is not satisfied with the resolution provided, the matter may be escalated to the Compliance Officer.

If still unresolved, investors may approach SEBI through the SCORES platform.
